MSD pride themselves on creating an inclusive, collaborative and challenging employee experience, founded on trust and mutual respect. As part of this we were asked to produce a rapid build modular solution for their staff gym and leisure areas. We built one of the largest modular buildings in Ireland on-site for MSD as temporary offices. Alongside this, we designed a separate large unit to house their leisure facilities.

This separate 4,850m 2 storey building with 140 modules, canteen for 1,000 people, 350 workstations, meeting and break out rooms, shower and comms rooms. We managed the interior fit-out
