Starting as a provider of temporary modular cabins in the early 1980s, CPAC Modular, then trading as Cabinpac, earned a reputation for fast delivery and innovative space solutions for the educational, construction and healthcare sectors. By the 1990s, CPAC Modular had started more ambitious modular building projects and developed their own systems, which focused on quality, sustainability as well as design flexibility. The company is now the leading modular building company in the education and healthcare sectors and provides solutions to suit large scale temporary, hybrid and permanent projects lasting over 60 years.
